The inaugural Epic Fit Fest is curates fun and unique fitness experiences to excite and inspire men and women to be motivated about health and wellness! Join us on the Grand Lawn at Epic Central in Grand Prairie to celebrate Black health! We have amazing instructors lined up, black-owned vendors, food trucks, health screenings, voter registration, and of course music! Beginners are welcome and embraced! Hosted by Dallas' own DJ Duffey and Run it Up Dallas founder Theo Murdaugh, with Dallas' favorite fitness instructors: HIIT class led by Baylore Walker & Destiny Nicole, and Trap Yoga led by Devyn Walker (please bring your own yoga mat). After your workout, stick around for our Tailgate Afterparty (✨think HBCU Homecoming vibes✨)and celebrate on the lawn with black vendors, food trucks, music, and fun to cool you down, or hype you up!
